As dog owners, we not only have to make sure that our animals feel good, are properly cared for with food, exercise, mental stimulation and veterinary care. We are also obligated to relate to laws and rules in society – one of the most important is our strict responsibility as dog owners – this means that we are always responsible for everything our dog does or does not do.
